The World card is the best talisman for success in real estate. It can be used if you are an agent or if you want personal success in the buying and selling of property. It can also be utilized to attract a “quiet and sane” neighbor!

Ingredients Needed: The World Tarot card, brown leather bag or pouch, red brick dust, vanilla bean, patchouli leaves, allspice, myrrh, benzoin, rose, vanilla, and myrrh oils. (Lavender and chamomile)

On the simplest level, you can place your business cards on top of the World card to charge them before giving them out. This will help to increase sales. You might also want to think about using the image as part of the logo on your business card to bring you more success.

To make a talisman, place the card in a brown leather bag or pouch and add red brick dust, vanilla bean, and patchouli leaves. This is a Saturnian Master formula and will make you a more commanding real estate agent and increase your sales or help to get you better property listings.

To sell a home or property, dust the floors with a mixture of allspice, myrrh, and benzoin. This is another positive Saturnian mixture to draw money or prosperity into the home. As you dust, call out the price you want for the house. These ingredients can also be burned as an incense to smudge the house or diluted in hot water to create a floorwash.

If you are looking to buy or rent property, wear a perfume of rose, vanilla, and myrrh or bathe in these ingredients before going out. They will attract you to the best of earth or, in this case, property, and also create a pleasing aura about you that will give you an edge as a buyer or renter.

To attract a good neighbor, prepare the pouch using blue, brown or pink cloth for the bag. Add the World Tarot card, red brick dust, vanilla bean, patchouli leaves, allspice, rose, lavender and chamomile. Place the bag in a high place if the neighbor will be moving upstairs, or on the floor if moving downstairs, etc. Keep it in a place in your apartment that is closest in proximity or direction of the vacant dwelling.

Colors are very important here. Using a brown pouch will put the emphasis on a grounded and reliable nextdoor neighbor. Blue stresses someone peaceful and quiet, and pink will draw someone you like. (You may also get creative and combine fabric colors.) The brick dust, vanilla, and patchouli will increase your influence as to who moves in. The allspice is for a successful transition, and rose, lavender, and chamomile in combination assure peace, sanity, and harmony between individuals.
